September Lunar Eclipse in Aries

It’s been another one of those powerfully, intense months. Do you find that you are getting used to them?

Seems like we are always talking about the intensity of this or that astrological cycle. To recap— two Eclipses, three direction changes (Venus, Mercury and Pluto) plus Saturn’s significant sign change from psychologically oriented and resource driven Scorpio to more energetic, outgoing, adventurous, philosophical Sagittarius.

All of this in the month of the Fall Equinox, the season of harvest. We have passed the Full Moon of a year’s cycle; we have moved into the third quarter of the circle. Now what? What will the season bring you?

Before I forget, I've been meaning to mention another Saturn in Sagittarius book. Thomas King's The Inconvenient Indian. A curious account of Native People in North America. This is a Canada Reads book for 2015. Big picture information written seriously with a Sagittarius humor (otherwise how could one swallow what one might not have been aware of previously.) It is a huge eye opener and perspective changer. Highly recommend it to citizens of both the U.S. and Canada, and anyone really who has an interest in history and the imprint of it in the Present.

More about this fall and the developing Saturn/Neptune relationship next week.

With Mars' recent entry into Virgo, Jupiter in Virgo and the North Node creeping its way closer to Virgo (November) it feels like a time to pick out the work that has most priority and has the most potential to improve or create a healthy environment.

Choose with discernment and then trust (South Node to Pisces) that even seemingly minor changes will serve the Whole.

Full Moon 4° Aries 40'. September 27, 2015. 7:50 P.M. PDT | 8:50 P.M. MDT | 9:50 P.M. CDT | 10:50 P.M. EDT

The Total Aries Lunar Eclipse on Sunday, September 27, can reflect the courage to start something new by following gut instinct. There is a link from this Eclipse to the one in October 2014. This ends the cycle of Aries Lunar Eclipses until 2033. Does that feel like a last chance to initiate? There are always opportunities. In 2023 is the next Aries Eclipse which will begin a series of Solar Eclipses.

Peace and love, Christina
